I know a lot of people out there who have a dream, an idea,
a passion they want to pursue. The
reason I know this is because over the past year while talking about my own
dream, so many people have opened up to me about their own dreams. Only they just can’t quite figure out how to
make it happen. Or even “if” they could
make it happen. They think how can they
get from Point A to Point B? How can they make it work when they work
full-time, have a family, going to school? People who have just come out of failed
relationships? Thinking, how can they
meet someone new? No one is going to
love them ever again? My advice, if you want to make it happen, you will. You will figure it out.
Want to know what it took for me to get here? To make my dream come true? To having this
website? A LOT OF WORK. Plenty of hours at the library reading
business books, articles, researching everything I could get my hands on that I
thought would help me. Networking. E-mailing people asking for advice. Seminars.
Classes. Free help wherever I
could find it and get it.
And what happened over this past year. A few
failures. Many disappointments. Business cards that didn't work, too much
copy. One that didn’t include the web
address big oops (my fault, rushing).
First website didn't feel right. Second website didn’t look right. Third time was a charm as they say. Was it easy, hell no.
Time frame for this venture of mine: one year, I started last October.
So my advice for anyone out there who can't imagine
"how" it will all work out? "How" they will get to where
they want to be? “How” they will meet that new person? “How” will they find their new job?
"How" it will all come together?
No matter “what” your dream or goal is.
Be it a new business, a new partner, a new job, a new place to live. If
you can dream it, you can do it.
Just put it in your mind that this is what you want, repeat
several times a day and watch miracles start to happen. Watch the right people come into your
life. Watch the perfect opportunities
come into your life. Just make sure your
mind is OPEN to everything, because if you aren't aware, you might miss some golden
opportunities.
